ORDER PROCESSING
Kooy Brothers typically takes 1–2 business days to process and ship an online order.
All orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS
Kooy Brothers ships through Purolator and Canada Post. (Please note: Purolator cannot always deliver to rural addresses.)
To ensure delivery to P.O. boxes and rural routes, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order.
Estimated shipping time within Canada is 1–7 business days from the shipment date.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. Kooy Brothers cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
If you experience shipping issues, please contact your selected courier first before reaching out to us.

FREE DELIVERY IN THE GTA – PARTS ONLY

Our FREE DELIVERY in the GTA promotions apply only to online PARTS orders when specified during promotional periods.

To qualify:

  • Must use the specified promo code at checkout.

  • Must purchase within the promotion time period (orders outside this window do not qualify).

  • FREE DELIVERY applies to PARTS ONLY. Equipment, attachments, and machinery are not eligible under this promotion.

  • Delivery is available within the GTA only as defined by Kooy Brothers. Rural or out-of-zone addresses are excluded.

  • Deliveries occur between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

If your postal code does not qualify at checkout, your address is outside the GTA Free Delivery Zone.


IN-STORE PRODUCT DELIVERY

We encourage customers to bring an appropriate vehicle to take their new equipment home on the day of purchase.
If you are unable to transport it, our sales team can arrange a paid delivery based on equipment size, weight, and location.
For heavy machinery, third-party delivery may be required and prices will vary.

Tip:
Most vehicles can transport a single-stage snowblower, lawn mower, or small handheld tools.
For two-stage snowblowers or larger zero-turn mowers, please bring or arrange a pickup truck.
