I recently purchased a Lawn-Boy lawnmower for home use, and the gentleman who helped me was knowledgable, listened to my needs, and recommended the appropriate lawn mower. When I commented on the competitors price and warranty, he did exactly what I would expect from a professional salesperson; he informed me that Kooy had the same extended warranty to offer (3 years) and that the $25 price difference from the other major retailer was more than offset by the service Kooy provided.
